This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when you buy a Vanta plan or per-track render. Vanta is a product of ZEROPOINT MARKETING SOLUTIONS LTD, registered in England & Wales (company number 17057565, registered address 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF). It applies in addition to your statutory rights, which it does not limit.
Vanta supplies digital content and digital services. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer in the UK you normally have a 14-day cancellation period ("cooling-off period") from the date you enter into the contract, during which you can cancel for a full refund.
Because Vanta processes your audio immediately, the supply of digital content begins as soon as you start a render. By starting processing during the 14-day period, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once that supply (the processing of your stems) has begun. You agree to this waiver at the point you start a render.

If the Service is faulty, not as described, or you were charged in error, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — which may include a repeat performance or a refund. Contact us and we will put it right. Note that because AI results are provided "as is" (see our Terms of Service), dissatisfaction with the artistic result of an otherwise correctly delivered render is not by itself a fault.
To cancel a subscription, use the cancellation option in your account, or email support@vantamix.com with your account email. To request a refund you are entitled to, email the same address describing the issue. We aim to respond within a few working days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
