Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Vanta, a product of ZEROPOINT MARKETING SOLUTIONS LTD. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

1. Content you must not upload or create

Audio you do not own or are not licensed or authorised to use.
Material that infringes any copyright, performers' rights, trademark, moral rights or other intellectual-property or proprietary right.
Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
Content that contains malware, or that is designed to harm, deceive or defraud others.
Personal data of others that you have no right to upload, or any content that violates someone's privacy.

2. How you must not use the Service

Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code, models or underlying technology of the Service, except to the limited extent the law expressly permits.
Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, billing, authentication or access controls, or use another person's account without permission.
Do not overload, disrupt or abuse the Service — for example through automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, excessive request volumes, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorisation.
Do not resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
Do not use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to systematically harvest its outputs for that purpose.
Do not use the Service in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this AUP, with or without notice, as set out in our Terms of Service. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Reporting abuse

If you believe content on Vanta infringes your rights or breaches this policy, contact us at support@vantamix.com with enough detail for us to investigate.
